Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last updated June 02, 2026

Perspectra respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how we use third-party content and how copyright owners can request the removal of material they believe infringes their rights.

How Perspectra Uses News Content

Perspectra is a news analysis tool. To help you see how a story is covered, we:

  • Generate original summaries, analysis, and commentary in our own words about news articles and events;
  • Display limited excerpts, headlines, and source information for the purpose of commentary, criticism, and reference; and
  • Link back to the original source so you can read the full article at the publisher's own website.

We do not aim to reproduce or republish full articles, and we do not intentionally bypass paywalls, logins, or other access restrictions. Our use of third-party material is intended to be a transformative, good-faith use for commentary and analysis. Copyright in the underlying articles remains with their respective owners, and all trademarks and publication names belong to their respective holders.

Notice and Takedown (DMCA)

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Please provide the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it;
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Send your notice to:

Copyright Agent — Perspectra Dillon Webster 150 N 1100 E Unit 6 Washington, UT 84780 United States Email: [email protected]

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within a reasonable time.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed;
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, the jurisdiction where we are located), and that you will accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice or its agent.

Send counter-notifications to the same contact above.

Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
